The medications

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are prescription-only medications. Only a licensed provider can determine whether either is appropriate for you.

Semaglutide vial with a plain label

Semaglutide

A GLP-1 receptor agonist that mimics a hormone the body naturally produces. It is typically taken as a once-weekly subcutaneous injection, with dosing determined by the prescribing provider.

Tirzepatide vial with a plain label

Tirzepatide

A dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist that acts on two gut-hormone pathways involved in appetite regulation and blood-sugar control. It is typically taken as a once-weekly subcutaneous injection.

Frequently asked questions

Answers about eligibility, the evaluation process, pharmacy fulfillment, and safety.

What states do you serve?+

OutletRX serves 49 U.S. states. We do not serve California.

Who is your pharmacy?+

Rush Pharmacy (rushpharmacy.com), a licensed U.S. pharmacy.

Who is your provider network?+

LocumTele (locumtele.org).

Can I buy semaglutide or tirzepatide without a prescription?+

No. These are prescription-only medications. OutletRX does not sell or ship prescription medication without a valid prescription issued by a licensed provider after a clinical evaluation. What you pay for is the provider evaluation and, if prescribed, pharmacy dispensing — completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription.

Am I eligible, and what are the steps?+

You must be 18 or older, physically located in a state we serve, requesting treatment for yourself, and able to provide accurate, complete medical history. Start the intake and confirm state, age, and contact details. Complete the medical questionnaire. Read and accept the Telehealth Informed Consent. Submit and pay the consultation fee for provider review.

What happens after I submit?+

A licensed clinician reviews your intake, typically within 1–2 business days. There are three possible outcomes: Approved — the prescription is sent to Rush Pharmacy, which dispenses and ships it. You receive tracking by email, and most packages arrive in 3–5 business days in discreet packaging. More information needed — the provider follows up, possibly with a brief call or video visit. Declined — if treatment is not clinically appropriate, the provider explains why. You're notified at each stage and may seek in-person care at any time.

How does the consultation work?+

You complete a short online intake; a licensed clinician reviews it, may follow up, and prescribes only if appropriate. Prescriptions are dispensed by Rush Pharmacy.

How long does shipping take?+

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after approval and processing. All packages ship discreetly.

What is your refund policy?+

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a provider has begun review. Orders that haven't shipped can be canceled and refunded. Dispensed prescription medication cannot be returned or resold under federal law. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Is this treatment right for me?+

Only a licensed provider can determine that, after evaluating your history, current medications, and conditions.

What are the possible side effects?+

Side effects may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, decreased appetite, and abdominal discomfort. This is not a complete list. Discuss risks with your provider and report unusual reactions immediately. You may also report to FDA MedWatch. In an emergency, call 911.

How do I contact support?+

Email Chris@HHMeds.com during business hours. For clinical questions about an active prescription, reply to your provider's message so the care team is looped in.
